Terms and conditions: No Show/Rescheduling/No refunds Policy In the event of a no-show or missed appointment, the session will be considered used. We kindly request that you provide at least 24hr notice if you need to reschedule. To achieve the best results, all massages should be used within a timely manner, ideally within 8-12 weeks of surgery. All purchases of massage packages are final. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are unable to use your package due to a medical condition or a change in your surgery date, please contact us directly to discuss possible options.
