Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for check-in and to discuss any specific needs with your therapist. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellation or no-shows may incur a fee. Appointment Booking: All appointments must be booked through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. Confirmation will be provided via email or SMS. Please ensure all contact details provided are accurate. Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next client. The full treatment free will still apply. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For certain treatments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Price are subject to change without prior notice. Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy at the time of booking so we can ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may pose a health risk to the client or the therapist. Privacy: Your privacy is important for us.
