BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATIONS

• A £5 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is deducted from your treatment total.
• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
If rescheduled within this timeframe, your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the treatment price.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
• I do not offer refunds. If any issues arise, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment so I can assess and rectify where appropriate.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

• A patch test is recommended at least 24 hours prior to treatment. Please book under “Patch Test” or message me to arrange.
• You must inform me prior to your appointment of any medical conditions or circumstances including:
Pregnancy, medications, Retinol use, acne treatments, eczema, psoriasis, eye infections, conjunctivitis, styes, or recent cosmetic procedures.
• Clients must attend appointments alone, unless previously agreed.
• Arrive with no makeup or oils on or around the eyes/brows.
• Avoid caffeine before your appointment.
• Please allow extra travel time. I am located in a busy area.
Arriving 10 minutes or more late may result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, and your booking fee may be forfeited.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Results vary from person to person. I cannot guarantee the same retention, longevity, or symmetry to another person due to natural hair growth cycles and lifestyle factors.
• Infills require 40–50% of lashes remaining and must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment.
Anything less will be charged as a full set.
• Infills on work done by another artist are not guaranteed and may require a removal and full set. 
• Proper Aftercare must be followed. Failure to do so may affect results and will void any complimentary fixes.
• I may refuse a service if I believe treatment is unsafe or unsuitable.
• Clients must be 16+ and Under 18s require parental consent.
• By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed all policies listed above

On Saturday the 2nd of May I will be working for 24 HOURS STRAIGHT (6am–6am) offering Lash Lifts & Brow Laminations for a set price of £45 to raise money for Harley, who needs life saving surgery Abroad💙 

I will only be covering myself with the product costs, which means every bit of profit from each service will go directly to helping Harley

Brow Lamination, Wax & Tint

A korean lash lift is a different technique which focuses 
 on lifting right from the root rather than creating a strong curl, this allows more visible length and more detailed lash separation 

It also focuses on your Lash health as the korean products often use lower ph  solutions and includes keratin/nourishing treatments 
	
Best for:
	•	Short lashes (makes them look longer rather than curlier)
	•	People who have stubborn/straight downward lashes (a regular lash lift sometimes doesn’t lift)
	•	Those concerned about lash damage (healthier solutions)
