Every hair appointment includes a professional consultation, shampoo, conditioning treatment, and blow-dry unless otherwise noted. Prices may vary based on hair length, density, desired style, or additional time and product required.

Booking & Retainer Fee
Policy
• After booking online, a non-refundable/non-transferable $25
Retainer Fee is required to secure your appointment.
•Please send your Retainer Fee via Zelle to 630-415-8430 immediately after booking.
•This Retainer Fee will go toward your final service total.
• Your appointment will not be officially confirmed until the Retainer
Fee is received.
•You will receive a confirmation via email or text once your Retainer Fee has been processed.
• Remaining balance is due at the end of your service via cash or Zelle.

Cancellation &
Rescheduling Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your non-refundable retainer fee to a future
appointment.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the non-refundable retainer
fee and may require full payment before rebooking.
• One reschedule is allowed per appointment. Excessive rescheduling may result in refusal of service.

Late Policy
• A 10 minute grace period is allowed.
• After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added.
• After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation and will be considered a no-show at stylist discretion.

• Current hair concerns (breakage, shedding, dryness, scalp issues, etc.)

Customized haircut tailored to your face shape, lifestyle, and desired style. Trims are also considered a haircut due to professional trims are detailed haircuts.

The amount of inches cut will be based on your comfort level. However, recommendations & explanation will be given during consultation.

Protective two-strand twists or finger coils styled on natural hair to enhance curl definition while promoting healthy hair. Shampoo & condition included.

Natural Twist Out

Feed-In Braids

Safe removal of previous protective styles or extensions followed by detangling. Shampoo & condition included 

Hair Take Down

For excessively tangled hair requiring additional time before styling. Must be added when applicable. Stylist may add the charge at the time of consultation.

Detangling Fee

A nourishing moisture treatment designed to strengthen, hydrate, and restore dry or damaged hair. This service requires you to sit under the hair dryer

Deep Conditioning Treatment 

Professional removal of sew-ins, wigs, or bonded tracks with care to preserve your natural hair. Includes detangling of natural hair.
Shampoo and condition included

Extension Take Down 

Achieve a sleek, polished ponytail customized to your desired style. Hair can be added for additional length and fullness. Hair not provided. Shampoo & condition included.
