I understand that once service is complete, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. I understand that a fee of 50% the minimum appointment cost that was booked will be charged for rescheduling appointments with under 24hr notice and no-shows. I agree and accept all responsibility for any unexpected results or issues that may arise with the services I have received once I leave my appointment. I am fully aware of any risks involved in the services I receive, including any adverse reaction or allergies. I agree to voluntary release, forever discharge and agree to indemnity and hold harmless from any and all losses, claims, injuries or damages, sustained or incurred by me arising out of or related to the services and/or treatments. A 10 minute grace period is available on all appointments; No-shows 10 minute past appointment time will need to rebook for a new appointment and will not be served on the day after arrival for the courtesy of other clients. Booking with Emjaes Nail Nook through any pathway means you have agreed to these conditions.
