EK Face Painting

Thank you for choosing EK Face Painting! This agreement outlines the terms for your booking. PLEASE READ. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT A non-refundable booking deposit of $75 is required to secure your date and time. This deposit will be applied to your final balance. Your date is not officially reserved until the deposit is received. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a client cancelation or rescheduling. The remaining balance is due in full upon my arrival at the event. Acceptable payment methods are cash, Venmo, or PayPal. HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES I use professional, cosmetic-grade paints and supplies. I am not liable for any allergic reactions. For the safety and hygiene of all guests, I will not paint anyone with open wounds, rashes, or cold sores, or who appears to be sick with a contagious illness. I can, however, offer to paint their arm or hand. I will not paint children who are unwilling or upset. RIGHT OF REFUSAL I reserve the right to refuse to paint any design or person at my discretion. If I feel unsafe or threatened at the event, I will pack up and leave. The client will not be entitled to any refund.
