E98 Art Studio Tattoo Shop Policy and Terms: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit. By booking an appointment, clients agree to abide by all studio policies and terms. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. All artwork created by the studio remains the intellectual property of E98 Art Studio. Enroll your children in our Professional Art Studio for an enriching after-school experience. Children aged 5-13 can socialize with peers, engage in arts and crafts, drawing, and games. Our After School Art Club operates weekdays from 3pm to 6pm. Register for September as space is limited and available on a first-come basis. Our studio is located at 254 W.
