Missed/no show appointment fee

I take my clients and my time very serious and in order to keep everything running smoothly I have implemented a missed/no show appointment fee of $50 that will be tagged on to future appointments! I give everyone a grace period of 15mins and send out text and email reminders to ensure everyone enough time to reschedule and confirm!
