Policy and Terms

DEPOSIT A £10 non refundable deposit is required when booking. The appointment is not secure until this is received. This is deducted from the final balance. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment - Deposits can be transferred to a mutually convenient day & time. Cancellations under 24 hours of (the day before) the appointment - A further £10 deposit is required to reschedule. Cancellations on the day of the appointment - 50% of service price is required to be paid. NO SHOWS The full service price is required to be paid. Failing to do so will mean that unfortunately I will not carry out a service for you in the future. REFUNDS I do not issue refunds. If there are any issues or concerns, clients should contact me within 48 hours of the appointment and I will endeavour to help in any way possible.

Patch Test - PLEASE READ MY PATCH TEST POLICY

PLEASE READ MY PATCH TEST POLICY ON THE HOME PAGE. A patch test consists of applying 6-7 (unnoticeable) lash extensions (48 hours prior to your appointment) to the outer corner of each eye. While allergic reactions to lash extension products are somewhat rare, they can occur at any time (even if you have previously had lash extensions without any issues, as allergies can develop over time). PATCH TESTS ARE OPTIONAL. If you are prone to allergies, please use your own initiative. If you are unsure, please message me and I will be happy to advise you. Unfortunately, patch testing does not always provide an accurate result as you are not exposed to the glue for the same amount of time that you would be during a full set. If you DO NOT wish to book a patch test, this is at your own risk and you must sign a waiver form at the time of your appointment acknowledging that you have read and understood my policy.
