🐕 Appointments & Scheduling
	•	All grooming services are by appointment only.
	•	Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred times, especially around holidays.
	•	A confirmation text will be sent 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

🚗 Pickup & Drop-Off Services
	•	We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off within [insert mileage or neighborhood range].
	•	Pets must be ready and leashed or crated at pickup time. We allow a 5-minute grace period.
	•	If no one is home or unreachable after 5 minutes, a $10 reschedule fee will apply.

💵 Payments & Deposits
	•	Payment is due at the time of service via cash, CashApp, Zelle, or card.
	•	A non-refundable $15 deposit may be required for holiday bookings or new clients.
	•	Missed appointments without notice will require a deposit for future bookings.

🐶 Pet Behavior & Health
	•	Please inform us if your pet has aggression issues or special needs before the appointment.
	•	Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations (rabies, DHPP).
	•	We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a risk to staff or other animals.

🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows
	•	Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
	•	No-shows may result in a $25 fee and future prepayment required.

📸 Social Media
	•	We love showing off your fresh pups! Photos may be taken and used on our social media pages.
	•	Let us know in advance if you prefer your pet not be featured.
