By booking an appointment with Dog Mom Pet Grooming, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms: 

- Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Dog Mom Pet Grooming is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during or after grooming services. 
- Clients are responsible for the behavior and actions of their pets during grooming sessions. 
- If your pet has fleas they will be given a Capstar and flea bath at the cost of the owner.
- If your pet is matted they will be shaved down if it is too severe or painful to the pet! We believe in humanity over vanity!
- Payment is due at the time of service. 
- Dog Mom Pet Grooming reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion.
