By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: Complete any required forms before or at your appointment. No additional guests are permitted, except for 1 adult accompanying a minor. Payment is due at the time of service, in CASH ONLY. A $25 deposit is REQUIRED for all clients at time of booking (Refundable up to 48 hours before scheduled appointment). Will be applied to service. Last minute bookings, deposit required to reserve time slot. No worries, deposit can be transferred 1x in an event of an emergency No deposit, no appointment. If your a NO SHOW/ Late Cancellation future appointments will not be accepted until no show/late cancellation fees are collected totalling 50% of the service. Lash Extensions Lash appointments are silent once tape is applied to better serve you and for the safety of all clients to prevent facial and hand movements.
