Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. 10min late= appointment cancelled 25% fee charged (10min late does not apply to any waxing treatment) Last min cancel: 50%cancelation fee charged No show: FULL PRICE of treatment charged All EFT Payments need to be done 24hours in advance/before your service with proof of payment sent .
