I came to Distinguished Roots for help with a neck injury related to shoulder mobility issues, and Bradley was very helpful. He worked on my areas of concern, educating me throughout the session. When the massage was over, Bradley offered stretching techniques to help with maintenance at home.  My first session was exactly what I needed, and I am very happy with my experience at Distinguished Roots! 

Brad is simply the best! He's a true body worker and knows how to get my knots out and how to help keep me mobile!

This was the BEST massage I've ever had. 
The first time I went was because I had pulled a torso muscle. It was painful and I didn't want to go to the doctor. 
My daughter and her husband referred me to Brad bcz this was a sports related injury
Ended up with Brad's help, he got the muscle to finally stop cramping.  For me that was a miracle. 
So when I hurt my shoulders and with arthritis in my arms, hands.  He was able to get my arms moving and my back just wonderful.  I left breathing better!

He always finds my spots before I say anything. He has been working on my tennis elbow and twitchy hip, which is released for several weeks after a treatment. Brad always helps my mind come to ease as well. Thanks Brad keep doing you.

I had a stretching session with Brad today and OMG I am a noodle! He is very knowledgeable in how to stretch the body so that it is most beneficial. I can't wait to go back!

As a person with lifelong back problems and now a senior dealing with sciatica I need all the massage relief I can get. Bradley Glenn is the therapist I go to routinely to keep all my back parts pain free and working together! I have improved my mobility from being confined to my apartment to taking miles-long morning walks and shopping in the neighborhood stores in the River Market. Once again, Brad never fails to find and work out the kinks. I choose the body tempering tools instead of traditional swedish which is perfect for what my work does to my body.
