Service Variations: While we aim to meet your expectations, please understand that some grooming styles may need to be adjusted based on your pet’s coat condition or behavior. Health Disclosure: We require that clients inform us of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities their pets may have before grooming. If your pet has a medical condition (e.g., skin issues, heart conditions), please notify us prior to the appointment. Senior/At-Risk Pets: Grooming older pets, or those with certain medical conditions, may require additional care. We reserve the right to suggest or decline grooming services if we feel the pet's health could be compromised. Vaccinations: All pets must be up to date on vaccinations before their appointment. Fleas: We do not accept pets with fleas or ticks. If fleas or ticks are found on your pet upon arrival, we will ask you to reschedule the appointment and treat your pet for fleas before returning. One-on-One Appointments & Pickup Policy: Our grooming appointments are one-on-one to provide the best care for your pet. Pets must be picked up within 30 minutes of receiving the pickup notification. Failure to do so will result in a $15 late fee for every additional 30 minutes, and your pet will be crated until pickup. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, Dirty Deeds Pet Grooming is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during or after grooming. Matting Policy: Severe matting poses health risks, including skin irritation, bruising, and injury. For the safety and comfort of your pet, any mats will be shaved. Dirty Deeds Pet Grooming is not responsible for any injuries that may occur due to matting or mat removal. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of service. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in legal action. Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Aggressive Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet displaying aggressive behavior for the safety of our staff and other pets. Consent for Photos: We may take photos of your pet before and after grooming to showcase our work on our website and social media platforms. If you prefer that no photos be taken, please inform us ahead of time. Pricing: Our pricing is based on the one-on-one grooming experience we provide for each pet. Since we focus on individual attention and care, grooming sessions are tailored specifically to your pet’s needs, which may result in pricing that reflects the time, effort, and expertise required. Please understand that the cost of service varies depending on the size, breed, coat condition, and grooming requirements of your pet. Please note that prices may change depending on coat condition or behavioral issues that require additional time or handling on the day of the appointment.
