Arriva puntuale all’orario stabilito. I ritardi comportano una penale di 10 euro e potrebbero richiedere una nuova prenotazione.

I capelli devono essere puliti solo con shampoo, senza balsamo e senza piastra. Non applicare gel, oli, maschere o prodotti pesanti prima dell’appuntamento. I capelli devono essere pettinati e privi di nodi. Se hai bisogno di aiuto per districarli, avvisa entro 24 ore dall’appuntamento.

Se desideri un tipo specifico di extension, devi portarmele 24 ore prima dell’appuntamento. Se non comunichi nulla, le extension verranno fornite da me.
Se hai fatto una decolorazione, aspetta almeno una settimana prima di prenotare. È preferibile evitare trattamenti aggressivi prima delle treccine. Non si effettuano servizi su cuoio capelluto irritato o ferito.

La durata del servizio può variare in base al tipo di treccine richieste.

Se devi annullare o riprogrammare, avvisa entro 24 ore. Le cancellazioni dell’ultimo minuto, la sera prima o poche ore prima, e le mancate presentazioni comportano il blocco definitivo delle future prenotazioni.
