I kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service total and must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. Please note that a $10 same-day booking fee will be applied to all appointments booked on the same day as the service. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
