To ensure I can provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the booked service total. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service total and must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled. Same-Day Booking Fee A $10 same-day booking fee will be applied to all appointments booked on the same day as the service. Specials & Promotions All cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and booking policies apply to all services, specials, promotions, discounted services, package deals, and gift certificate appointments. Promotional pricing does not exempt appointments from these policies. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
