By booking an appointment with Denise The Blue Hairstylist, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour notice period, the deposit paid will be forfeited. Cancellations made within the required time frame will result in the deposit being credited towards your next appointment. Denise The Blue Hairstylist reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
