I currently provide gym-based training under Crunch Gym, where I specialize in sports rehabilitation and muscle growth–focused programming. My training approach integrates corrective exercise, movement assessment, and progressive strength training to help clients recover from injury, improve performance, and build lean muscle safely and effectively. With a background in sports medicine and athletic development, I design individualized programs that bridge rehab and hypertrophy, ensuring clients not only move pain-free but also gain strength, confidence, and long-term physical resilience.
