-Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Late shows after 15 mins will have to be rescheduled. -Each appointment is timed. If you're not mentally ready for your piercing within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, the appointment may be rescheduled with a new deposit
