Para ofrecerte un servicio de calidad, organizado y respetuoso para todos, te pedimos que leas y aceptes nuestras políticas:

🔹 Citas
• Todas las citas deben agendarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.
• La puntualidad es esencial. Se dará un máximo de 10 minutos de espera. Pasado ese tiempo, la cita podrá ser cancelada o acortada.

🔹 Depósitos
• Algunas citas requieren depósito no reembolsable para asegurar tu espacio.
• El depósito será descontado del total el día del servicio.

🔹 Cancelaciones y cambios
• Puedes cancelar o mover tu cita con mínimo 12 horas de anticipación.
• Cambios o cancelaciones fuera de ese tiempo podrían perder el depósito o generar un cargo adicional.

🔹 No Shows
• En caso de no presentarte a tu cita sin aviso, se perderá el depósito y podrías necesitar pagar por adelantado para futuras reservas.

🔹 Higiene y bienestar
• Por seguridad y respeto, no se permite acompañantes durante el servicio (a menos que sea estrictamente necesario).
• Si presentas alguna condición médica, lesión, infección o alergia, debes notificarlo antes del servicio.

🔹 Pagos
• Se aceptan pagos en efectivo, ATH Móvil y otras plataformas disponibles.
• No se aceptan cheques.

🔹 Relevo de responsabilidad
• Al recibir cualquier servicio en D’Orena Beauty Nails & More, aceptas nuestras políticas y el relevo de responsabilidad correspondiente. Este relevo será válido por un (1) año para este y próximos servicios.
