Clients of Cypher Transportation may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. A deposit of 30% of the booking cost is required at the time of booking, which is nonrefundable. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of the deposit. By booking with Cypher Transportation, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
