Booking and Rescheduling Policy 1. Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if an appointment is canceled or if you do not show up. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a canceled appointment, as punctuality is essential to accommodate all clients effectively. Deposits will not be reimbursed for canceled appointments due to tardiness. 2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will be considered a late reschedule and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Reschedules made within the allowed time frame will automatically transfer your deposit to your new appointment. 3. Day-of Appointment Changes: Reschedule requests made on the same day as your appointment will be treated as a missed or canceled appointment and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 4. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. 5. Gift Certificates Give the gift of gorgeous lashes! This gift certificate covers a full [Classic/Volume/Deluxe XL] Lash Set. To redeem, simply book under ‘Redeem Gift Certificate’—no deposit needed. For 𝘾𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢 𝘼𝙢𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩 gift certificates, recipients must book the service they want and pay the remaining balance during the appointment. (Deposit required) All regular policies (late, rescheduling, cancellations) still apply. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within 1 year.
