How to Book:
1. Click “ Book Now”
2. Select the service of choice
3. Send $25 dollars NON refundable deposit to cash app: $chazerous (other virtual payments are available on request)
When sending deposit add; name, service and time of appointment to notes Ex: Chaz, “Fully Contour’d”,12:30pm
*** $25 dollar deposit goes toward your service. You will need to provide cash, cash app, zelle or Apple Pay for  the remaining balance. EXACT AMOUNT IN CASH 

Early/After Hours Appointments:

Any appointments before 8:00 AM or after 5:00PM will be charged an additional fee of $50.  You will need to send this with your deposit.
            *this is NOT REFUNDABLE 

Same Day Appointments:

Appointments booked less than 24 hours notice will be charged an additional $45 to their service. This will need to be sent along with the deposit when booking. 
           *this is NOT REFUNDABLE 

COVID Policy:
 
Mask MUST be wore upon arrival. NO EXTRA GUEST OR KIDS. 

If you have any symptoms or feel ill please cancel your appointment and reschedule. 

Late Policy:
