Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If you are not able to make a session and cancel under 24 hours of that session, I request that you cover the lane fee ($10) if cancellation occurs the day before or the full session price if it is the day of. I do have a few exceptions which we can talk about privately.

After that, deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule within the above timeframe using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future appointment.
