Charlotte Locs & Naturals may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

- Travel to your location within our service area.

- Transportation and sanitation of salon tools and products.
- Personalized comfort and convenience in your own space.

At-Home Convenience Service

Complete your look with our Shampoo & Blow Dry Add-On, the perfect finishing touch to any hair service. Enjoy a relaxing cleanse with a professional shampoo tailored to your hair type, followed by a smooth, polished blow dry that leaves your hair soft, shiny, and full of body.

To ensure you always have a dedicated spot for your hair services, we offer a Guaranteed Salon Chair Reservation option. A Guaranteed Salon Chair must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Please note that all guaranteed salon appointments must meet a minimum service total of $60. This minimum allows me to cover the cost of reserving the salon chair as well as my service fee.

How it works:
The reservation fee is applied at the time of booking to hold your appointment.
The fee is credited toward your total service cost on the day of your visit.

Treat yourself to a refreshing cleanse before your style or treatment with our Shampoo Add-On Service. This relaxing experience includes a gentle scalp massage and a nourishing shampoo tailored to your hair type, leaving your scalp refreshed and your strands soft, clean, and ready for styling.

Restore the fullness and integrity of your locs with our Individual Loc Reattachment service. 

This add-on is designed for clients who have lost or detached one or more locs and wish to have them seamlessly reattached for a natural, uniform look.

Pricing is $2 per loc attachment, and the total cost will vary depending on how many locs need to be reattached.
