Pricing & Coat Condition At Clippers Dog Grooming & Spa every groom is tailored to your dog’s individual needs. All quoted prices are subject to change depending on your dog’s coat condition, temperament, and grooming schedule. Dogs with matted or neglected coats will incur an additional fee to cover the extra time, specialised products, and wear on our professional equipment. This applies whether matting is throughout the coat or localised in certain areas. Please note: all prices listed are “from” the stated amount, and final costs are confirmed following a full coat and condition assessment on arrival OR collection of your dog following their treatment. ⸻ Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the full grooming fee, which must be settled prior to rebooking. On occasion, appointment durations may need to be adjusted to accommodate your dog’s size, coat condition, or behavioural needs. Should this occur, we will contact you promptly to discuss suitable arrangements. ⸻ Booking Transparency To ensure the best possible grooming experience, please provide honest and accurate information when booking, including your dog’s coat condition, size, and temperament. This allows us to allocate the appropriate time and care for their service. If at any point your dog’s behaviour presents a risk to themselves or our stylists, we reserve the right to discontinue the groom for safety reasons. In such cases, the full appointment fee will still apply. ⸻ Arrival & Collection Etiquette Please arrive promptly for both drop-off and collection. • Early arrivals may be asked to wait, as we dedicate uninterrupted attention to each client’s appointment. • Late collections may incur a sitting fee, as our team provides attentive care until your return.
