Clients of Classy Nails Plymouth may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Prices for services are determined by the length, shape, and design detail of each set. Premium designs and intricate artwork may have adjusted pricing based on time involved. Clients seeking a specific nail design are encouraged to provide a reference photo for a customized quote considering complexity and time required. • All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins may experience delays or may not be accommodated if the schedule is full. To ensure the best experience, please book in advance. • Each appointment is for one person only. If you’d like to book for someone else (a friend or family member), please make a separate booking for them. • If you want to be serviced at the same time (same time slot), make sure to book separate appointments within the same available time frame. Check availability carefully before confirming to ensure both spots are available at the same time. 1. General Refund Policy Classy Nails enforces a strict "Non-Refund" policy for all completed services and purchased products. • Services: Once a service has been fully completed and paid for by the customer, Classy Nails will not issue any refunds. • Products: For cosmetic products (e.g., nail polish, skincare, etc.), we do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased and left the premises. 2. Guarantees and Corrections Policy To ensure quality and customer satisfaction, Classy Nails provides a guarantee/correction policy as follows: • Guarantee Period: If nail services (Gel Polish, Acrylic, SNS, etc.) experience chipping, cracking, or any technical fault caused by the salon, please notify us within 5 days of the service date. • Applicable Conditions: We will provide a complimentary repair for the technical fault at the salon. This correction does not include a monetary refund. • Refusal of Guarantee: Classy Nails reserves the right to refuse the guarantee if the fault is caused by: • The customer attempting to fix or remove the nails themselves. • Damage due to accident, harsh impact, or improper use (e.g., using nails as tools to pry or open hard objects). • Issues related to allergies or skin irritation (we encourage customers to inform us of any allergies before the service). 3. Gift Cards and Deposits • Gift Cards: Purchased gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable under any circumstances. • Deposits: If the salon requires a booking deposit, this amount will be non-refundable if the customer cancels or is a no-show without providing prior notice according to the salon's cancellation rules (e.g., at least 24 hours before the appointment time). 4. Change of Mind If a customer changes their mind about the colour, design, or nail style during or immediately after the service is completed, we will not issue a refund.
