Policies Booking fees • a Non-refundable fee is required for all appointments. This payment may be forfeited if: • Client no-shows • Cancels within 48 hours • Repeated rescheduling Your appointment • Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals over 30 minutes may be rescheduled and payment will be lost • Limit of 1 guest per client • Aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior results in immediate cancellation.
