Policy and Terms
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Rescheduled or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge to cover loss of earnings. There is a matting fee of £10 if your dog needs to be shaved due to heavy matting. Any dog found with fleas will be sent home, please ensure your dog is up to date with flea treatment and check for fleas before their appointment, dogs arriving to be found on arrival for their appointment with fleas will still incur cancellation/reschedule fee. Any dog with a double coat for example Pomeranians will not be shaved unless they have already been prior somewhere else and written agreement has been signed to ensure owner understands that shaving a double coat will damage it and can cause alopecia. Any aggressive dog must be muzzled by the owner on or before arrival.
