• A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of £20 is required for lash appointments. • £15 booking fee is required for makeup & Nail appointments. •£10 booking fee for Eyebrow appointments. Booking fees MUST be paid at the time of booking – appointments will not be accepted or confirmed without it. Future bookings will not be accepted unless this is paid. • If you no-show more than once, you will no longer be able to book with me. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancellation, and the full service fee will still be charged. • Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early, as I may be with another client. • To maintain a calm and focused environment, kindly attend your appointment alone—additional guests cannot be accommodated. • Please arrive with clean lashes. • Cash on the day is preferred. • No refunds will be issued for booking fees, full payments, or services. • Please understand that while I will always aim to meet your expectations, results may vary depending on your eye shape and natural lash density. • A patch test is required 48 hours before your first appointment.
