Policy and Terms
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the booking start time. Cancellation under 48 hours or no shows are charged 50% of the full grooming price. We are not able to take customers if they are more than 15 mins late to their appointment and we consider these as no shows. Late pick up fee aplies after first 15 mins and it's £5 for each 15 mins afterwards. *Please note if your dog is overdue for grooming 3 months and more additional fee applies.
