LATE POLICY: 5 minutes grace period Call/text for 10 minutes grace period +10 minutes = NO CALL NO SHOW NO CALL NO SHOW: Full price of booked service(s). (To schedule again, you have to pay the fee first) CANCELLATION: 5 hours prior or it will be a full charge of service fee. Make sure to book accordingly, Thank you. DEPOSIT* is not a deposit when booking. It is non-refundable money towards the service. WE RESERVE TO RIGHT REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
