Policy and Terms
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Deposits for packages and courses are the price of one session. In the case of a no show or a cancellation within 48 hours the deposit is non- refundable. If decided that you no longer want to go ahead with the course, with 48 hours or more notice 40% of your deposit will be refunded. Less notice than this and your deposit will be lost.
