1. Bookings & Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. All deposits are non-refundable. Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance with no loss of deposit. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. 3. Lateness Policy Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late may have a reduced service to accommodate the schedule. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation, and full payment will be required. 4. Trials Bridal or special occasion trials are recommended and charged separately. Trials should be booked in advance to allow sufficient time before your event. 5. Mobile / Travel Services A £20 travel fee applies for standard locations within Liverpool. Mobile services require a minimum of 3 clients. Additional clients beyond the minimum are £35 per person. 6. Health & Safety Clients must inform the artist of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a product may cause an adverse reaction. 7. On-the-Day Services Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Travel and setup time are included in the scheduled appointment. Delays caused by the client may reduce service time. 8. Photography & Social Media By booking, clients consent to the use of images for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless requested otherwise. 9. Liability The artist is not responsible for allergic reactions; patch tests are recommended for sensitive skin. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during on-location services. 10. Agreement By paying a deposit, clients agree to these policies and terms. Any exceptions must be agreed in writing prior to the appointment.
