Non-refundable/Non-transferable Booking Fee

All treatments require a non-refundable booking fee. This is redeemable on treatment day and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. When booking a treatment please note this is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Failure to show to appointment or less then 48 hours cancellation or reschedule, this fee will be retained by Brows By E.

All no-shows and/or cancellations within 24hours of appointment will endure the total cost of the booked service and this will be debited from the card on file when booking your appointment. If a client wishes to reschedule an appointment after a failure to show or less the 48 hours cancellation, an additional non-refundable booking fee will be required to do so. The original deposit from the cancelled appointment will not be redeemable on the clients next treatment. If a client changes their mind or wishes to cancel an appointment at any time, the non-refundable fee will still be retained by Brows By E.
