Policy and Terms
Please read the following policy and terms prior to appointment. - Please come with hair detangled as a wash and blowdry is provided - detangle fees start at $50 -A nonrefundable and nontransferable deposit is required in order to book. 💸 -Hair must be at LEAST 2 1/2 inches in order for me to grip the hair. -Hair provided for braided styles -Tap to pay is an option but does, however, have a card fee. Cash is preferred. No change on hand. -10 minute grace period - after that, if I haven’t heard from you your appointment will be canceled. -After hours services are available - message me for more details -Clients have the option to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment via phone call or text message. -Due to limited space in area, clients are permitted to bring up to ONE guest with them on their appointment day to ensure a comfortable and stress free appointment. -No Refunds
