My Reiki Reset Sessions are designed to help you: ✨ feel lighter ✨ calm your nervous system ✨ clear emotional heaviness ✨ get out of that “stuck” feeling What to Expect During a Session: You'll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a massage table (or sit in a chair if needed). During the session: The practitioner may hold their hands slightly above your body or, with your permission, gently place them on certain areas. You may feel sensations like warmth, tingling, pulsing, or deep calm. Some people see colors or feel emotional releases, while others may simply feel relaxed. Reiki energy is guided by Source/Spirit for your highest good. Every session is unique, and specific results cannot be guaranteed. I require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
