All new loc clients must book a consultation before scheduling their first service.

Purpose:

Assess hair type, scalp health, and growth patterns

Discuss style, maintenance, and product recommendations

Determine the best loc service tier for your needs

Duration: ~30 minutes
Price: Complimentary with first loc service or $25 standalone

Million Dolla Wrist – Salon & Grooming Policies

1. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are required for all services. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure your full service time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service to stay on schedule.

Booking changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge of the service booked.

2. Deposits

Certain premium services (like The Apex or long loc sessions) may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied to the total cost of the service.

3. Service Guarantee

We strive for precision and luxury in every service. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours for adjustments.

Major changes requested after leaving the studio may incur an additional service charge.

4. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any scalp, skin, or medical conditions that could affect service.

Services may be modified or declined to ensure client safety and well-being.

5. Products & Retail

Recommended products may be suggested during your service to maintain results at home.

Retail items purchased are non-refundable, but exchanges may be allowed for defective products.

6. Respectful Environment

Million Dolla Wrist is committed to a safe, welcoming, and professional environment.

Disruptive or abusive behavior toward staff or clients will result in service termination without refund.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, card, and digital payments.

Gratuity is appreciated but not required; recommended 15–20% for exceptional service.
