By booking an appointment with Body Art & Wellness, clients agree to adhere to our policies and terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment, failing to do so will result in forfeiture of retainer. No shows will NOT be rescheduled and will NOT be allowed further bookings. 
Payment methods accepted are  Cash App, Venmo,  major credit cards and financing through Afterpay & Cherry.

Body Art & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service. Clients must provide accurate information, valid ID and adhere to Pre-procedure instructions. Misconduct will not be tolerated.
