Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 9 hours in advance prior to appointment. Canceling within 8 hours of the appointment time will result in a No Show fee billed via whatsapp or email. Payments must be made within the same week, no later than Sunday, for future bookings to be accepted. Canceling less than 8 hours prior will incur a 50% cost. Payments can be made via EFT to Bodily Beauty account. Rescheduling through provided link automatically transfers booking. Late Arrival Policy: Arriving 10 minutes late without proper contact will result in a shortened appointment billed at full cost. Clients who book more than 1 treatment and arrive late will have a shortened treatment & billed at full cost! Payment Options: Bodily Beauty accepts cash, instant EFT & card payments on the day. Correct cash only, no change given if payment exceeds amount due.
