Please note that rates are quoted in EC dollars.

BOOKING POLICY

All appointments are only confirmed with a 50% deposit which will be NON REFUNDABLE once paid. The balance can be paid upon your arrival.

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment. A fee of $20 will be added to your service. 

PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

A late arrival may decrease the length of time available for your service. As such, if arriving late, please advise accordingly, as this may result in your appointment being cancelled if it is past 15 minutes. If the schedule permits, same day rescheduling may be allowed. Alternatively, your appointment can be rescheduled (within 3 months), after which, your deposit will be forfeited. It is advisable that you arrive at least 5 minutes PRIOR to your scheduled time to ensure that you begin your service ON TIME.

No call, no shows will not be allowed to reschedule and all deposits paid will remain NON REFUNDABLE. Any new booking made will require a deposit to secure your date and time of choice.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits made towards appointments will remain NON REFUNDABLE, however, it can be transferred ONCE to another date within a 3 month period. Deposits can be made in person 2-3 days before your appointment.


HOLIDAYS AND NON-BUSINESS HOURS

An additional fee of EC $40 will be applicable to bookings requested on holidays and Sundays, as well as outside of our regular business hours (Weeksdays 8am- 5pm / Saturdays  8am- 3pm). For non-business hours, please contact us directly.

We also do house calls only if we have no clients at the studio. 
House call fees are from $60 & up

Please avoid bringing plus ones (children included) to your appointment, as they will be not allowed in the studio unless being serviced.



HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

 Please arrive with a clean face and groomed brows, if they are to be groomed by me an extra $10 will be added.


Please note that makeup services will NOT be done on any client with open wounds/sores, fever boils, blisters, red eye or the flu/cold. If you are experiencing any of these, please reschedule your appointment.
