Bliss Lash Studio Policies & Terms At Bliss Lash Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the best service and experience for every client. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. ⸻ Appointments Appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with the studio. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure we can provide the full service. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. • No-shows may be charged 50–100% of the service price. • Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments. ⸻ Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required when booking certain services. The deposit will go toward the total cost of your appointment. Deposits will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or if you do not show up. ⸻ Fills (Lash Extension Refills) Lash fills must be booked within the appropriate timeframe: • 2 Week Fill – 40–60% lashes remaining • 3 Week Fill – 30–40% lashes remaining If fewer lashes remain, the appointment may be charged as a full set. Clients arriving with extensions from another salon may require a removal and full set. ⸻ Refund Policy Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your lashes within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact the studio so we can assess the situation and make adjustments if necessary. ⸻ Allergies & Sensitivities Clients are responsible for informing the lash artist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or eye concerns prior to the appointment. Bliss Lash Studio is not responsible for allergic reactions if the client has not disclosed relevant information. ⸻ Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing and safe environment, we ask that no extra guests or children attend your appointment unless previously approved. ⸻ Phone Use Please limit phone use during your appointment to allow the lash artist to work safely and efficiently. ⸻ Satisfaction Our goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and beautiful.
