First Usui Reiki session

A shorter session for our under 18s. You will recieve a full Usui Reiki treatment. I will connect with the life force energy to work through and open up the chakras enabling you in receiving new and positive energy. Also includes setting intentions, a guided meditation and crystal healing treatment. We will also talk about breath work and breathing techniques.

I will take you on a guided meditation, helping you to relax before I connect with the higher level spiritual beings who will guide me in your healing journey ✨️ You will recieve a welcome cup of green tea or water while we chat about and set your intentions for the session ✨️ Ending on a short Angel card reading where you will hopfully recieve some guidance from your own guardian angel ✨️🪽
