- Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. - Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed, but after that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. - Please message me before your appointment to enquire about extra guests attending - At the moment I accept cash or bank transfer - No refunds will be given after services are completed. If you experience issues with your nails within a week, please reach out, and Iā€™ll be happy to fix them. - Please come with clean hands and be respectful of my time and space.
