BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you would like to schedule an appointment that is less than 24 hours from the time of booking a $10 same day fee will be added. EARLY BIRD/NIGHT OWL APPOINTMENTS Early morning before 8am or late night after 8pm appointments are an additional $15 NEW CLIENTS WELCOME! Let me show you why an independent tech is the best option! I do prefer to work on bare nails or over my own work but do offer soak offs and fill ins as well. CANCEL/RESCHEDULE I understand life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule and work around other schedules but I do request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment . All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. LATE POLICY I give a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive after the 15 minutes you will either have to reschedule or pay a late fee (price depends on how late you are and if there is availability) NO SHOWS After a no show without communication you will be required to prepay for your next set to be book again. If you no show a second time you will be banned from booking. LUXE SERVICES I have clients in multiple areas and excited to expand. Travel fee starts at $25 and for further distances the fee will increase. Additionally if there are parking fees or excessive stairs etc these have additional fees added to service price.
