• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours before your appointment.  

• If you need to reschedule, please use the link provided. Your deposit will transfer to your new booking.  

• A valid card is required to secure all appointments. Cancellation fees may be charged to the card on file.  

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.  

• Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or may need to be rescheduled. Full charges may still apply.  

• Please inform me of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment.

• Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-care instructions to achieve the best results.  

• For mobile appointments, an Eircode is required. Travel fees apply outside a 5km radius.  

• I reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.
