Advance Booking As I will appointment based hours, clients are encouraged to book their appointments in advance to ensure availability . Appointments can be made through our social, by phone, or in person at the spa. Confirmation A confirmation email or text message will be sent to clients upon booking. Please ensure all contact details are accurate to receive notifications. Notice Period Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made of 24 hours' in advance. This allows Me to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No Call No Show If a client fails to cancel their appointment, they will be required to pay 100% of the services scheduled. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Clients will be given 1 Grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows with proper communication. Accepted Methods We accept cash and contactless pay. Payment is due at the end of your service. Deposits For certain services or peak times, a deposit may be required to secure the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. Refunds All sales for services and products are final. If there are any issues with the service received, please contact the salon within 48 hours for resolution.
