Getting Started Assessment

An assessment could be just right for you. It will include an in-depth screening of your body’s abilities to move in basic strength movements like squats, chest press, deadlifts, etc. This is a best practice for anyone wanting to build a quality and safe fitness regimen. You will leave this assessment feeling more confident, motivated, and knowledgeable.
For anyone seeking ongoing training, this is the perfect way to see if we will be a good fit. Suggested but not required.
