To maintain a smooth, organized, and high-quality experience, the following policies apply to all appointments at B Beauty Hair Studio. A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount is applied toward your final service total. Cancellation / Rescheduling We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit. If a reschedule is made within the allowed timeframe, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment. Late Arrivals We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled based on availability and remaining service time. Adjustments If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment. We are happy to review and, if needed, make adjustments after a consultation. Our goal is always to ensure you feel confident and satisfied with your result. Payment We accept cash, card, and Apple Pay. No checks. METHOD OYARBIDES | TRAINING POLICY Your deposit secures your spot and is applied toward the total cost of your training. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your training date. Plans can change. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred one time to another available training date with at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before the training, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or transfer. For the Head Spa Retreat, additional restrictions may apply due to accommodations and arrangements made in advance. By booking, you agree to these terms.
